Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, rates may be subject to revision.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Invoices will be issued quarterly in arrears (October 2025, January 2026, April 2026, and July 2026).
- All amounts are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Librarian's superannuation contributions as mandated under Australian workplace law.
- The Librarian engagement is governed by the Queensland Public Service Act 1994 and applicable Australian employment legislation. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia Brisbane.
- Early termination of this Quotation Estimate agreement requires sixty (60) days written notice from either party. A termination fee of 15% of the remaining contract value applies if the client cancels without cause.
- All intellectual property created by the Librarian during the engagement period, including curated collections, programming materials, and digital archives, shall remain the property of Brisbane City Council.
- Brisbane Knowledge & Archives Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute the assigned Librarian with a suitably qualified replacement of equivalent or higher standing, subject to client approval.
