4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, Melbourne Library Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in the Australia Melbourne professional services sector.
4.2 Payment Terms: Invoicing will be conducted on a monthly basis, payable within fourteen (14) days of invoice receipt. A 2% late payment surcharge will apply to outstanding balances exceeding the due date, in accordance with Victorian commercial tenancy and services legislation.

4.6 Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all Librarian services rendered up to the termination date plus a pro-rata portion of any committed annual costs.
