- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the Brazil Rio de Janeiro professional services sector.
- Payment terms: 50% upon contract signing and 50% upon successful completion of the first six-month service period. Invoicing will be conducted in BRL via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of Rio Knowledge Solutions Ltda.
- The Librarian professional assigned to this engagement shall comply with all applicable Brazilian labor laws (CLT – Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) and municipal regulations governing professional services in the city of Rio de Janeiro, state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- Service delivery shall commence within fifteen (15) business days following written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the definitive service contract.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- All intellectual property, cataloging records, and digital assets created during the engagement shall remain the property of the client, located in Brazil Rio de Janeiro, upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate and subsequent services shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Brazilian data protection legislation.
