Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% plus interest calculated at the Selic rate as established by the Central Bank of Brazil.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Brazil São Paulo.
• Commencement: Services shall commence within fifteen (15) business days following written acceptance and execution of the definitive service contract.
