- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Chilean labor and materials sectors.
- Payment terms: 40% upon contract execution, 30% upon completion of all one-time projects, and the remaining 30% distributed in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month recurring service period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the formal service agreement.
- The Librarian shall comply with all applicable Chilean labor regulations, including those governed by the Ministerio del Trabajo y Previsión Social, and shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CLP 50,000,000.
- All work shall be performed at the client's premises in Santiago, Chile, during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, Chile Standard Time — UTC-4). Any work performed outside these hours or on public holidays recognized in the Metropolitan Region of Santiago shall be compensated at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.
- The Librarian shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all materials, data, and institutional information encountered during the course of service in Chile Santiago, in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life.
- Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation. Additional services not included herein will be quoted separately.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The terms set forth here are intended to guide the negotiation of such an agreement.
