• Digital Infrastructure Oversight: Management of the library's integrated library system (ILS), digital repository, e-book lending platform, and online catalogue interfaces serving the China Guangzhou public.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing labour market conditions in China Guangzhou.
• The Librarian and all support personnel shall be engaged in full compliance with the Labour Law of the People's Republic of China and all applicable regulations of Guangdong Province and Guangzhou Municipality.
• Guangzhou Knowledge Solutions Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance and employer's liability insurance throughout the engagement period.
• Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of all committed costs shall be applied.
• All intellectual property, catalogue data, and operational records generated during the engagement shall remain the property of the Guangzhou Municipal Public Library Authority.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the auspices of the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission before any litigation is pursued.
