This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the account designated by Biblioteca Profesional S.A.S. in Bogotá, Colombia. A 10% advance payment is required upon contract signing. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Colombian Superintendencia Financiera. All invoices will be issued in compliance with DIAN electronic invoicing regulations (Facturación Electrónica).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
- The Librarian professional assigned shall comply with all labor regulations of Colombia, including the Código Sustantivo del Trabajo (Ley 50 de 1990) and applicable collective labor agreements in Bogotá.
