- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, Alexandria Knowledge Services Ltd. reserves the right to revise the pricing structure for the Librarian engagement in Egypt Alexandria.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six months of Librarian service delivery, and 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month contract term.
- The Librarian shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary information, patron data, and institutional records of the Alexandria Metropolitan Library Authority and its affiliated branches in Egypt Alexandria.
- Any changes to the scope of Librarian services, additional branch locations within Egypt Alexandria, or extended working hours must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties.
- Termination may be initiated by either party with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the Librarian's remaining contractual obligations and any prepaid amounts shall be settled pro-rata.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994, with the seat of arbitration in Egypt Alexandria.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both the Alexandria Metropolitan Library Authority and Alexandria Knowledge Services Ltd.
