- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Librarian engagement in France Lyon are subject to revision based on current market conditions and applicable French labor law adjustments.
- Payment shall be made in quarterly installments (25% per quarter) via bank transfer to the account of Lyon Heritage Library Consulting SARL, RIB: 30006 00001 12345678901 26, BIC: LYONFRPP, within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance.
- The client reserves the right to request a revised Quotation Estimate should the scope of Librarian services be modified by more than 15% of the originally agreed deliverables. Any such revision shall be documented in a formal amendment to this document.
- All Librarian personnel engaged under this contract shall comply with the French Labor Code (Code du Travail), the municipal employment regulations of France Lyon, and the professional ethical standards set forth by the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA).
- Confidentiality: All Librarian staff shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all archival materials, patron data, and internal France Lyon municipal library records encountered during the course of service delivery.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be invoiced for all Librarian services rendered up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative closure fee.
