Scope of Services – Librarian Engagement

The Librarian professional assigned under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following services at your Indonesia Jakarta headquarters:

Organization of quarterly knowledge-sharing sessions and reading programs for employees.
Inter-library loan coordination with the National Library of Indonesia (Perpustakaan Nasional RI) and major academic institutions in Jakarta.
Annual audit and weeding of the collection to ensure relevance and compliance with Indonesian copyright regulations (UU Hak Cipta No. 28 Tahun 2014).
Preparation of monthly usage reports and annual collection development recommendations.

Terms and Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.

2. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of initial collection audit and ILMS setup, and 30% upon successful completion of the 12-month service period.

3. All payments shall be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via bank transfer to the account of PT. Nusantara Knowledge Solutions, Bank Mandiri, Account No. 137-00-2345678-9, Jakarta branch.

4. The Librarian professional shall adhere to all company policies, data protection regulations (UU PDP No. 27 Tahun 2022), and intellectual property laws applicable in Indonesia.

5. The client shall provide a dedicated workspace, access to the library area, and necessary IT infrastructure at the Indonesia Jakarta office location.

6. Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.

7. The Librarian shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary documents, internal reports, and client data encountered during the engagement.

8. Termination may be initiated by either party with a thirty (30) day written notice. In such cases, payment shall be pro-rated based on services rendered up to the termination date.

9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement.
