4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in the Iran Tehran professional services sector.

4.2 All Librarian personnel engaged under this estimate shall comply with the labor regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including but not limited to the Labor Law of 1977 and applicable municipal bylaws of Tehran.

4.3 Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the sixth month of service delivery, and 20% upon final project acceptance. All payments shall be processed through approved Iranian banking channels in accordance with Central Bank of Iran regulations.

4.4 The Librarian professionals assigned to this project shall undergo a background verification process in coordination with the Tehran Municipal Authority prior to commencing duties.

4.5 Any changes to the scope of work, additional Librarian positions, or extension of service duration beyond the terms stated in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written amendment signed by both parties.

4.6 This estimate does not include costs for physical infrastructure modifications, furniture, or specialized equipment unless explicitly stated in the itemized breakdown above.

4.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the rules of the Tehran Regional Arbitration Center (TRAC).
