4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period requires re-confirmation of all rates and availability of the Librarian personnel.
- All Librarian professionals engaged under this Quotation Estimate hold valid qualifications recognized by the Japan Library Association and possess a minimum of five years of experience operating within the Japan Tokyo public library system.
- Payment terms: 50% upon contract execution, 30% at the six-month milestone, and 20% upon successful completion of the full service period in Japan Tokyo.
- Any scope changes to the Librarian duties or additional branch locations within Japan Tokyo will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately.
