3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Librarian services in Kenya Nairobi may be subject to revision based on market conditions, exchange rate fluctuations, or changes in statutory requirements.
3.2 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first six (6) months of Librarian engagement, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month service period. All payments shall be made in Kenyan Shillings via bank transfer to our designated account at Equity Bank, Nairobi branch.
3.3 All Librarian personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall be fully insured, vetted, and in compliance with the Kenya Labour Act (2007) and the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF/SHIF) requirements.
3.4 The client agrees to provide a suitable workspace, access to existing library systems, and any necessary institutional credentials to enable the Librarian to perform duties effectively within the Nairobi premises.
3.5 Any additional Librarian services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and supplementary quotation.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by an authorised representative of Nairobi Knowledge & Information Services Ltd.
3.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Librarian service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Cap 49) of the Laws of Kenya.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Librarian services in Kenya Nairobi and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document serves as the formal basis for the subsequent service-level agreement between the parties.
