3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Librarian services in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur may be subject to revision based on market conditions, minimum wage adjustments, or operational cost changes.
3.2 Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% shall be settled in equal monthly instalments within fourteen (14) days of each monthly invoice. All payments shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via bank transfer to the account designated by KL Professional Librarian Services Sdn. Bhd.
3.3 The Librarian personnel assigned to this engagement shall be subject to a minimum twelve (12) month contract. Early termination by either party requires a written notice of sixty (60) days and a penalty equivalent to two (2) months of the contracted Librarian fee.
3.4 All Librarian staff deployed in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur shall comply with the Employment Act 1955, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and all applicable Federal Territory regulations. Confidentiality and data protection obligations are binding throughout the engagement and for two (2) years thereafter.
3.5 The client shall provide a suitable workspace, access to the library premises, and necessary utilities (electricity, internet) at the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur site. Any specialised equipment beyond standard office furnishings shall be specified in a separate addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a definitive Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) shall be executed within ten (10) business days.
3.7 Any additional Librarian services, scope changes, or extended hours beyond those itemised above shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before commencement.
