This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Knowledge Solutions SARL to provide comprehensive Librarian professional services for the Centre Culturel & Pédagogique de Casablanca, located in the heart of Morocco Casablanca. The scope of work encompasses the full spectrum of library operations, including but not limited to: cataloguing and classification of physical and digital collections, patron assistance and reference services, acquisition and procurement of new materials, interlibrary loan coordination, digital archive management, and the development of reading promotion programmes tailored to the diverse community of Casablanca.
The assigned Librarian will be a certified professional with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in academic and public library management within the Kingdom of Morocco. The Librarian shall be fluent in both Arabic and French, with working proficiency in English, to serve the multilingual population of Morocco Casablanca effectively. All services will be rendered in compliance with the Moroccan Ministry of Culture regulations and the standards set forth by the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA).

- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding contract upon written acceptance by the client and countersignature by both parties. The Librarian services shall commence within fifteen (15) business days of contract execution.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon signing, 40% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all Librarian deliverables. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the provider's account at Attijariwafa Bank, Casablanca branch.
- Applicable Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
- Confidentiality: The Librarian and all supporting staff shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding patron data, collection records, and internal operations of the Centre Culturel in Casablanca, in accordance with Moroccan data protection regulations.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Casablanca or the broader Morocco region.
- Intellectual Property: All reports, catalogues, and digital assets produced by the Librarian under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
