Payment for the Librarian services detailed in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: an initial mobilisation payment of 25% (8,400,000 MMK) due within fourteen (14) calendar days of contract execution; quarterly progress payments of 20% each (6,720,000 MMK per quarter) due at the end of each fiscal quarter; and a final settlement payment of 15% (5,040,000 MMK) due upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the designated account of Golden Pagoda Knowledge Solutions Ltd. at the CB Bank, Yangon Main Branch, Myanmar.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
- The Librarian shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including the Myanmar Labour Law and local Yangon municipal ordinances governing public service providers.
- Confidentiality obligations apply to all patron data, collection records, and institutional information encountered during the Librarian engagement in Myanmar Yangon.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total shall be applied.
