The following scope of work defines the professional Librarian services to be rendered under this Quotation Estimate in Nepal Kathmandu:
- Full-time Librarian Staffing: Provision of one (1) qualified Librarian holding a Master's degree in Library and Information Science (M.L.I.Sc.) from a recognized Nepali or international university, with a minimum of five years of professional experience in academic or public library settings in Nepal Kathmandu.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful onboarding of the Librarian, and the remaining 30% upon completion of the first quarter of service delivery.
- All payments shall be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) via bank transfer to the account of Kathmandu Knowledge & Library Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Nabil Bank, Baneshwor Branch, Kathmandu, Nepal.
- The Librarian engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the labor laws of Nepal, including the Nepal Labor Act 2074 (2017), and shall be entitled to all statutory benefits as mandated by the Government of Nepal.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be quoted separately through a supplementary Quotation Estimate and shall require written approval from the client prior to commencement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.
- Confidentiality: All information pertaining to the client's library holdings, user data, and institutional records handled by the Librarian shall remain strictly confidential in accordance with Nepal's data protection regulations.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which, arbitration shall be conducted in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Nepal.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Librarian services in Nepal Kathmandu and confirms that the terms, scope, and financial estimates presented herein have been reviewed and are acceptable.
