• Abuja Knowledge Solutions Ltd. shall provide a replacement Librarian of equivalent or superior qualification within fourteen (14) days in the event of the primary Librarian's incapacity or resignation.
• Confidentiality: All documents, data, and information accessed by the Librarian and support staff in the course of their duties in Nigeria Abuja shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written authorisation from the Ministry.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement.
