Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
- Initial Payment (30%): NGN 3,615,300 due upon signing of the service agreement and commencement of the Librarian's onboarding in Nigeria Lagos.
- Quarterly Payments (20% each): NGN 2,410,200 due at the end of each calendar quarter, subject to satisfactory performance review of the Librarian's deliverables.
- Final Payment (10%): NGN 1,205,100 due upon completion of the 12-month contract term and submission of the final annual library audit report.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Nigeria Lagos professional services sector.
- The Librarian engaged under this arrangement must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Library and Information Science and be a registered member of the Nigerian Association of Librarians, Archivists, Records and Information Managers (NALDA).
- All services shall be rendered at the client's designated premises in Nigeria Lagos, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- Lagos Knowledge Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the performance or non-performance of the Librarian's duties.
