- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Payment shall be made in quarterly instalments within fifteen (15) working days of invoice submission, via bank transfer to the designated account of the Librarian service provider registered in Islamabad.
- All services shall be rendered in compliance with the labour laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the specific employment regulations applicable within the Islamabad Capital Territory.
- The Librarian shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding patron data, research materials, and institutional records in accordance with Pakistan's Personal Data Protection Bill and the library's internal privacy policy.
- Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties before implementation.
- The service provider guarantees a minimum of 95% availability of the Librarian during standard library operating hours (09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday) at the Islamabad premises.
