General Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Librarian services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Peru Lima.
- Payment terms: 50% upon contract execution and 50% upon successful completion of the first six-month milestone. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Peruvian tax regulations (SUNAT compliance).
- The Librarian professionals assigned to this project will be employees of Bibliotecas Profesionales del Pacífico S.A.C. and will comply with all labor regulations established by the Peruvian Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MINTRAB).
- Service delivery location: Universidad Tecnológica del Callao, Callao district, Lima, Peru. All Librarian personnel will report to the designated facility during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, Peru time — GMT-5).
- Any modifications to the scope of Librarian services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
- The client reserves the right to request a replacement of any Librarian professional within fourteen (14) days of assignment if performance does not meet the agreed-upon service level standards.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any Librarian services commence.
- All intellectual property generated during the course of the Librarian engagement (catalogs, digital repositories, training materials) shall remain the property of the client institution.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Lima, Peru, in accordance with Peruvian civil and commercial law.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all institutional data, patron records, and proprietary information encountered during the provision of Librarian services in Peru Lima.
