* All amounts are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP). VAT is computed at the standard 12% rate as mandated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for the Philippines Manila tax jurisdiction. This Quotation Estimate does not include 13th-month pay, SSS, PhilHealth, or Pag-IBIG contributions, which shall be borne separately by the service provider in accordance with Philippine labor law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all rates for the Librarian services quoted herein are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Philippines Manila labor and professional services sector.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% shall be paid in two (2) equal quarterly installments. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Manila Knowledge Solutions, Inc. in the Philippines Manila banking district.
- All Librarian personnel deployed under this agreement shall be regular employees of Manila Knowledge Solutions, Inc., and shall be covered by the Philippine Labor Code (Presidential Decree No. 442), the Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth, and the Pag-IBIG Fund as required by law in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.
- The service period shall commence within fifteen (15) business days from the date of full advance payment receipt. The Librarian team shall report to the designated facility in the Philippines Manila area as specified in the client's acceptance letter.
- Any changes in scope, additional Librarian headcount, or modifications to the service location within the Philippines Manila metropolitan area must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before implementation.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are preliminary and subject to final negotiation.
- Confidentiality: All Librarian personnel shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Sensitive patron records and institutional data handled in the Philippines Manila facility shall be protected under this provision.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service delivery shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the Philippine Arbitration Act (Republic Act No. 8762) with venue in the Philippines Manila courts.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Librarian services in Philippines Manila and agrees to the terms stated herein. This acceptance does not yet constitute a binding contract but serves as the client's formal expression of intent to proceed with the engagement.
