The proposed Librarian engagement encompasses the following professional duties and responsibilities to be performed at the client's designated facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia:

• Full management and administration of the institutional library, including cataloguing, classification (using Dewey Decimal or Library of Congress systems), and digital indexing of all physical and electronic collections.
• Acquisition, procurement, and licensing of books, journals, databases, and multimedia resources relevant to the client's field of operation.
• Development and maintenance of the library's integrated management system (ILS), ensuring seamless access for authorized users within the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia facility.
• Reference services, research assistance, and information literacy training sessions for staff, students, or patrons as required.
• Archival management, preservation of rare and sensitive documents, and compliance with Saudi national archival regulations issued by the National Archives Authority.
• Coordination with the Saudi National Library and regional library networks in Jeddah for inter-library loan and resource sharing programs.
• Monthly reporting on collection growth, usage statistics, budget utilization, and strategic recommendations for the library's development.

The Librarian candidate proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Library and Information Science (LIS) from an accredited institution. • 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• Remaining 70% shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments, due on the 5th business day of each month.
• Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• The Librarian shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in compliance with Saudi data protection regulations.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In such case, a pro-rata settlement of remaining fees shall apply.

• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the Jeddah Commercial Court in Saudi Arabia.
