- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for Librarian services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh may be subject to revision based on market conditions and Saudi labor cost adjustments.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service delivery, and 30% upon final project closure and acceptance. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the provider's account in Riyadh.
- All Librarian personnel assigned to this engagement shall hold valid Saudi work permits (Iqama) and professional licenses issued by the relevant Saudi authorities. The provider guarantees full compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
- The client agrees to provide a suitable workspace, access to existing library systems, and necessary IT infrastructure at the designated location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to facilitate the Librarian's operational duties.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and mutual agreement. The provider reserves the right to issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate for such additions.
- Confidentiality: All data, records, and patron information handled by the Librarian team shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable data privacy regulations in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or to the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) at the parties' mutual discretion.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned. The provider's acceptance of the Quotation Estimate by the client shall serve as the basis for issuing a formal Service Agreement.
