- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Librarian services in South Africa Johannesburg will be issued.
- All Librarian personnel assigned to this contract will be South African citizens holding recognised qualifications in Library and Information Science (LIS) from accredited institutions such as the University of the Witwatersrand, University of Pretoria, or University of Cape Town.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly instalments over the twelve (12) month service period. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15% as prescribed by the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
- The Librarian services will be performed at the client's designated premises within the Johannesburg metropolitan area, South Africa. Travel and accommodation costs within the Johannesburg metro area are included. Travel outside the Johannesburg metro area will be billed at cost.
- ProLibrarian Solutions (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to substitute Librarian personnel of equivalent or higher qualification should the assigned individual be unavailable due to illness, leave, or other legitimate reasons. A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' written notice will be provided.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the acceptance section below. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be executed within seven (7) business days.
- All intellectual property, data, and confidential information handled by the Librarian team in the course of this engagement shall remain the sole property of the client. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed prior to commencement of services.
- Early termination of the contract by either party requires a minimum of sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this estimate or the subsequent contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Johannesburg Division.
