3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in South Korea Seoul and applicable Korean labor regulations.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in Korean Won (KRW) via bank transfer to the designated account of Seoul Knowledge Solutions Co., Ltd. A 30% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, due within fifteen (15) days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed under the Korean Interest on Late Payment Act.
3.3 Librarian Qualifications & Compliance: The Librarian assigned to this engagement shall hold a valid Korean Library Professional Certification (도서관사 자격증) and shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Korea Library Association and the National Library of Korea. The Librarian shall maintain professional indemnity insurance throughout the engagement period.
3.4 Work Location & Hours: Primary work location shall be the client's facility in Seoul, South Korea. Standard working hours are 09:00 to 18:00 KST, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday availability for special events or training sessions. Overtime, if required, shall be compensated in accordance with the Korean Labor Standards Act.
3.5 Confidentiality & Data Protection: The Librarian and all personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall adhere to the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea. All client data, patron records, and institutional information shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
3.6 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus any non-recoverable costs incurred by the Librarian or the service provider.
3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
