• 2. Payment terms: 30% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% payable in twelve (12) equal monthly instalments, due on the 5th business day of each month. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at CaixaBank, Spain Barcelona branch.
• 3. The Librarian and all supporting staff shall be engaged under Spanish labour law (Estatuto de los Trabajadores). Social security contributions, professional indemnity insurance, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements for the library sector in Spain Barcelona shall be borne by Catalunya Library Consulting S.L.
• 4. The client agrees to provide a suitable, climate-controlled workspace within the Spain Barcelona premises, including access to the internet, necessary furniture, and any specialized equipment required for the Librarian to perform duties effectively.

• 6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain Barcelona, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
• 7. The Librarian shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patron data, proprietary collection records, and institutional information in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection.
• 8. Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, all fees for services rendered up to the termination date, plus a pro-rata portion of the current month, shall be due and payable within fifteen (15) days.
