General Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Spain Valencia.
- All Librarian services described herein shall be performed in accordance with the professional code of conduct established by the Colegio Oficial de Bibliotecarios de la Comunidad Valenciana and the broader Spanish library profession standards.
- Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the account details of Valencia Knowledge & Archives Consulting S.L. within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad en las operaciones comerciales.
- The client reserves the right to terminate the Librarian engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In such an event, a pro-rata charge for services rendered up to the termination date shall apply.
- All intellectual property generated during the course of the Librarian consultancy, including collection development policies, training materials, and reporting templates, shall become the property of the Universidad de Valencia upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act (Ley 1/2000).
- Confidentiality: All data, patron records, and institutional information accessed by the Librarian team during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
