This Quotation Estimate is issued by Siam Knowledge Solutions Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional Librarian services for the Chulalongkorn University Library Division located in the heart of Thailand Bangkok. The Librarian team will operate from the client's premises at the main library building on Phaya Thai Road, Bangkok, and will also provide remote digital support services accessible to all satellite branches across the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area. This Quotation Estimate reflects a twelve-month service period commencing on 1 September 2025 and concluding on 31 August 2026, subject to mutual renewal agreement.

All amounts are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). VAT at 7% is applied in accordance with the Revenue Code of Thailand. This Quotation Estimate does not include any third-party licensing fees for proprietary databases not listed above.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision by Siam Knowledge Solutions Co., Ltd.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon commencement of Librarian services, and 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month contract period.
- All Librarian personnel assigned to this project in Thailand Bangkok shall be employed under the Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 (1998) of Thailand and shall receive all statutory benefits including social security, annual leave, and health insurance.
- The client reserves the right to request a replacement of any Librarian staff member with reasonable notice of fourteen (14) days if performance does not meet the agreed service-level standards.
- Confidentiality: All Librarian staff and support personnel shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All patron data and institutional records handled in Thailand Bangkok shall be protected in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Thailand Bangkok region.
- Dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Bangkok, Thailand, before proceeding to the competent Thai courts.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties in writing.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Librarian services in Thailand Bangkok and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The formal Service Agreement will be drafted and presented within five (5) business days of acceptance.
