1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision based on the Turkish Consumer Price Index (TÜFE) published by TÜİK.
2. All Librarian personnel engaged under this contract shall be employed in full compliance with the Turkish Labor Law (4857), the Turkish Social Security Law (5510), and applicable collective bargaining agreements for the Ankara region.
3. The service location is strictly limited to the three designated library branches within the administrative boundaries of Turkey Ankara. Any extension to other provinces (e.g., Eskişehir, Konya) shall require a separate amendment to this Quotation Estimate.

5. Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unearned fees shall be issued within thirty (30) days.
6. All intellectual property created in the course of Librarian services (catalogues, programming curricula, research guides) shall be jointly owned by Capital Knowledge Solutions Ltd. and the Ankara Metropolitan Public Library Authority.
7. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ankara, Turkey.
