This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kampala Knowledge Solutions Ltd. to provide comprehensive Librarian professional services to the Kampala Metropolitan Public Library Authority. - This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer for Librarian professional services and is binding only upon written acceptance by both parties. The offer is specific to the Uganda Kampala service location and cannot be transferred to other regions without a revised Quotation Estimate.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement, 30% upon completion of the first six (6) months of Librarian deployment, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month contract period.
- All Librarian personnel assigned to this project in Uganda Kampala will hold valid professional certifications from the Uganda Library Association or equivalent international body (IFLA, ALA).
- Kampala Knowledge Solutions Ltd. shall provide a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice before replacing any Librarian staff member. The replacement Librarian shall possess equal or greater qualifications.
- The client (Kampala Metropolitan Public Library Authority) shall provide all necessary workspace, access to library systems, and administrative support required for the Librarian team to perform their duties effectively within the Uganda Kampala facility.
- Any changes to the scope of Librarian services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Confidentiality: All Librarian staff shall sign non-disclosure agreements regarding patron data, collection records, and institutional information specific to the Uganda Kampala library operations.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes but represents a good-faith estimate of costs for the described Librarian services in Uganda Kampala.
