- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing for Librarian services in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City is subject to revision based on market conditions and exchange rate fluctuations.
- All costs are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes. Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 10% as mandated by the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance shall be applied to the subtotal if the client is a taxable entity.
- The Librarian personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field, with at least three (3) years of professional experience in a library or archival setting. The Senior Librarian must possess a Master's degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract execution, 30% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve (12) month engagement period.
- The service provider reserves the right to substitute the assigned Librarian with a qualified equivalent should unforeseen circumstances arise, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- All intellectual property, cataloguing data, and digital records generated during the Librarian engagement in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City shall remain the exclusive property of the client institution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Librarian duties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Ho Chi Minh City, shall suspend service obligations without penalty to either party.
