Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Marine Engineer are subject to revision.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement. All payments shall be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to our account at BNA, Algeria Algiers branch.
The Marine Engineer shall be subject to Algerian labor laws, including the Algerian Labor Code (Loi 90-11) and all applicable maritime sector regulations in force in Algeria Algiers.
Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
The client agrees to provide safe working conditions, necessary access to all vessel and port facilities, and all required safety equipment for the Marine Engineer to perform duties in Algeria Algiers.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to port closures, government-mandated shutdowns, or natural disasters affecting the Algeria Algiers region, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
All intellectual property, technical reports, and documentation produced by the Marine Engineer during the engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Algeria Algiers.
