This Quotation Estimate is issued by Harbour Marine Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd to provide comprehensive Marine Engineer services for the mechanical and electrical overhaul of the client's 4,200 GT bulk carrier vessel, MV Pacific Endeavour, currently berthed at the Port of Botany, Australia Sydney. The scope encompasses all engineering disciplines required to restore the vessel's main propulsion system, auxiliary machinery, and onboard electrical infrastructure to full operational compliance in accordance with the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) regulations and the International Maritime Organization (IMO) standards applicable within the Australia Sydney maritime jurisdiction.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market rates for Marine Engineer labour and materials in the Australia Sydney region.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the main engine overhaul phase, and the remaining 30% upon final sign-off and delivery of all AMSA compliance documentation.
- All Marine Engineer personnel shall comply with the Occupational Health and Safety (Maritime Industry) Act 2012 (NSW) and all applicable Australian workplace safety regulations while operating at the Port of Botany, Australia Sydney.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the total Quotation Estimate value must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work commences. A revised Quotation Estimate will be issued for any such variation.
- The Marine Engineer team will provide daily progress reports to the client's Fleet Operations Director and a comprehensive final report upon project completion, including all test certificates, maintenance logs, and recommended future maintenance schedules.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of major replacement components (e.g., new main engine cylinder liners, turbocharger rebuild kits) unless specifically itemised. Such items will be quoted separately upon inspection.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, with jurisdiction in the courts of Australia Sydney.
- Harbour Marine Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this Quotation Estimate if the vessel's condition, upon initial inspection, reveals structural or mechanical issues materially different from those described in the client's brief.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Marine Engineer services to be performed in Australia Sydney under the terms and conditions outlined above.
