2. Scope of Work – Marine Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Marine Engineering Solutions Ltda. to provide comprehensive Marine Engineer professional services for the operational maintenance, inspection, and technical consultancy of commercial vessels and port infrastructure assets located in and around Brazil São Paulo, specifically covering the Port of Santos, the Port of São Sebastião, and associated inland waterway facilities along the Tietê River corridor.
The Marine Engineer engagement encompasses the following deliverables:

4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing is subject to revision based on current market conditions in Brazil São Paulo.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of on-site inspection activities, and 20% upon delivery of final technical reports and certification documents.
- All Marine Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid certifications from the Brazilian Maritime Authority (Marinha do Brasil) and relevant international classification societies (Lloyd's, DNV, Bureau Veritas, or ABS).
- The Marine Engineer team shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations (NR-35, NR-33, NR-12) as enforced by the Brazilian Ministry of Labour and the São Paulo State Labour Inspection.
- Intellectual property of all technical reports, drawings, and engineering analyses produced under this engagement shall vest in the Client upon full payment.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to port strikes, extreme weather conditions affecting the São Paulo coastline, or government-mandated operational suspensions, shall extend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, in accordance with the rules of the CAM-ARB (Câmara de Arbitragem do Mercado).
- This quotation is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the named Client and the project scope described herein.
5. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Marine Engineering Solutions Ltda. to proceed with the engagement of the Marine Engineer team for the services described, to be executed in Brazil São Paulo and its surrounding port and industrial zones.
