- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Marine Engineer team are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of on-site fieldwork in Colombia Bogotá, and 20% upon delivery and approval of the final technical report.
- All payments shall be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) via bank transfer to the account designated by Andean Marine Engineering Solutions S.A.S. in Bogotá D.C. International payments in USD are accepted at the exchange rate published by the Banco de la República on the date of invoicing.
- The Marine Engineer assigned to this project holds a valid professional license (Cédula Profesional) issued by the Colombian Ministry of Education and is registered with the Colombian Chamber of Engineers (Cámara Colombiana de Ingenieros).
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional site visits, or extended timelines must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before execution. Such modifications will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All data, drawings, and operational information pertaining to the client's vessels and infrastructure in Colombia Bogotá shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or other events beyond reasonable control, as defined under Colombian commercial law (Código de Comercio).
- This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party laboratory testing fees, regulatory filing fees with IDEAM or the AIC, or any civil construction costs. These items will be quoted separately if required.
