  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the designated Marine Engineer are subject to reconfirmation in writing.
  2. Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the structural inspection phase (Items 01–03), and the remaining 30% upon delivery of the final Marine Engineer's Certificate of Conformity.
  3. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Mediterranean Marine Engineering Solutions SARL, BNP Paribas, Marseille, France. IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0100 0012 3456 789. SWIFT: BNPAFRPP.
  4. The Marine Engineer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 2,000,000 EUR, valid throughout the duration of the assignment in France Marseille. A certificate of insurance shall be provided prior to commencement of work.
  5. Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the total estimated value shall require a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties before additional work commences.
