This Quotation Estimate is issued by Marine Engineering Solutions GmbH to provide a comprehensive and detailed cost breakdown for the engagement of a certified Marine Engineer to perform specialized technical services for Bavarian Maritime Logistics AG. All services described herein will be executed within the jurisdiction of Germany Munich, in full compliance with the German Maritime Authority (Wasserstraßen- und Schifffahrtsverwaltung des Bundes) regulations, the German Naval Ordinance (Seeverordnung), and applicable European Union maritime safety directives.
The Marine Engineer assigned to this project holds a valid Class A Certificate of Competency issued under the STCW Convention, is registered with the German Chamber of Engineers (Ingenieurkammer Bayern), and possesses over fifteen years of practical experience in marine propulsion systems, hull integrity assessment, and navigational equipment calibration. The engineer will operate primarily from our technical facility in Munich and will conduct on-site inspections at the client's designated vessels moored along the Isar River basin and the Munich port infrastructure.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require a revised quotation reflecting current market rates for Marine Engineer services in the Germany Munich region.
- All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of the applicable German value-added tax (Mehrwertsteuer) at the standard rate of 19%, as governed by the German Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung).
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon written acceptance of this quotation; 40% upon completion of the on-site inspection phase; 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final technical report. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date via bank transfer to our account at BayernLB, Munich.
- The Marine Engineer shall adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations as defined by the German Social Accident Insurance (Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung – DGUV) and the Workplace Ordinance (Arbeitsstättenverordnung).
- Any additional work or scope changes beyond the services described in this document will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and require prior written approval from the client before execution.
- Liability is limited to the total contract value. The Marine Engineer and Marine Engineering Solutions GmbH shall not be held liable for consequential damages, loss of revenue, or indirect losses arising from the services rendered in Germany Munich.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, vessel specifications, and operational information shared during the course of this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG).
