This Quotation Estimate is issued by BlueWave Marine Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a registered firm operating out of India Bangalore, in response to the formal request for proposal received from Oceanic Cargo Logistics Ltd. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized, and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Marine Engineer to oversee, maintain, and optimize the mechanical and electrical systems of the client's fleet of inland waterway vessels and coastal cargo ships operating out of the India Bangalore port authority and associated riverine terminals. This Quotation Estimate covers all professional fees, travel allowances, technical supervision costs, and ancillary charges associated with the Marine Engineer engagement for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing from the date of contract execution.
The Marine Engineer to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid Class IV Marine Engineer's Certificate of Competency issued by the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India, and shall possess a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in marine propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, HVAC systems, and electrical installations aboard commercial vessels. The scope of work for the Marine Engineer includes, but is not limited to:
- Weekly inspection and preventive maintenance of main engines, gearboxes, shaft lines, and stern gear assemblies across the client's fleet of six (6) vessels.
- Monthly diagnostic testing of auxiliary generators, fuel injection systems, lube oil systems, and cooling water circuits.
- Quarterly comprehensive condition monitoring reports submitted to the client's management office in India Bangalore.
- Emergency breakdown response within a maximum of four (4) hours for vessels berthed at India Bangalore port facilities.
- Coordination with the India Bangalore Port Authority and the Regional Marine Department for statutory surveys, class inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Mentoring and technical guidance to the in-house junior engineering staff of the client.
- Preparation of annual maintenance schedules, spare parts consumption forecasts, and capital expenditure recommendations.

- Twenty-five percent (25%) advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- Remaining balance payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installers, due on the 5th of each calendar month.
- Payments to be made via NEFT/RTGS to the designated bank account of BlueWave Marine Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India Bangalore.
- A 1.5% per month late-payment interest shall apply to any outstanding invoices beyond the stipulated due date.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in India Bangalore.
- The Marine Engineer shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering all operational data, vessel specifications, and commercial information of the client.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In such an event, pro-rata charges for the completed period shall be payable.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- The Marine Engineer shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Directorate General of Shipping, the India Bangalore Port Authority, and the International Maritime Organization (IMO) standards.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
