All rates quoted herein are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated, and this Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.

The Marine Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a Class-1 Marine Engineer certified by the Directorate General of Shipping (DGS), Government of India, with a minimum of twelve (12) years of hands-on experience in main engine systems, auxiliary machinery, and marine electrical installations. The scope of work is detailed as follows:

• Pre-Arrival Inspection: Comprehensive condition survey of the vessel's main diesel engine (MAN B&W 6S50MC), auxiliary engines, boiler systems, and fuel oil treatment units prior to the commencement of the maintenance window at the India Mumbai port facility.
• Overhaul and Maintenance: Scheduled overhaul of the main engine including cylinder liner replacement, piston ring renewal, turbocharger inspection, and lubricating oil system servicing in compliance with the vessel's Planned Maintenance System (PMS).
• Electrical Systems Audit: Full diagnostic audit of the ship's electrical distribution system, switchboard panels, emergency generator, and automation control systems, with a written report submitted within 48 hours of completion.
• Regulatory Compliance Verification: Verification of all statutory and class society requirements (Lloyd's Register / Bureau Veritas) as mandated by the Indian Merchant Shipping Act, 1958, and applicable IMO conventions.
• Operational Support and Advisory: On-call availability for a period of ninety (90) days post-maintenance to provide technical advisory, troubleshooting, and emergency response support to the vessel's crew while in port at India Mumbai.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period shall be subject to re-confirmation of rates by Meridian Marine Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
2. Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) within fifteen (15) days of successful completion and handover of all deliverables.
3. The Marine Engineer shall comply with all safety regulations, port authority directives, and environmental standards applicable at JNPT, India Mumbai, including but not limited to the Indian Ports Act, 1908, and the Hazardous Waste Management Rules, 2016.
4. Any change in the scope of work beyond the items listed in Section 2 shall require a written variation order signed by both parties, and the cost shall be adjusted proportionally.
5. Meridian Marine Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than INR 50,00,000 for the duration of the engagement.
6. All intellectual property, reports, and documentation generated under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full and final payment.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
8. The Marine Engineer shall not be held liable for pre-existing defects or damage to the vessel's machinery that existed prior to the commencement of the maintenance work, as documented in the Pre-Arrival Inspection report.
