The Marine Engineer to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) issued by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. The Marine Engineer will be responsible for the following duties while stationed at the client's facility in Indonesia Jakarta:
- Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of main engines, auxiliary engines, and associated mechanical systems aboard vessels berthed at Jakarta Port (Tanjung Priok).
- Performing detailed inspections of boiler systems, cooling water circuits, lubrication systems, and exhaust treatment units in compliance with IMO and Indonesian maritime regulations.
- Providing technical advisory and troubleshooting support to the vessel's engineering crew during port stays in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Preparing and submitting maintenance reports, defect logs, and recommended corrective action plans to the client's operations management within 48 hours of each inspection cycle.
- Coordinating with shipyard contractors and spare parts suppliers in the Indonesia Jakarta area to ensure timely procurement and installation of replacement components.
- Ensuring all work performed adheres to the International Safety Management (ISM) Code and local Indonesian maritime safety standards.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Indonesia Jakarta labor and services sector.
- Payment terms: 50% of the monthly fee shall be due on the 1st of each month, and the remaining 50% on the 15th, via bank transfer to the account designated by PT Nusantara Marine Engineering Solutions.
- The Marine Engineer shall work a standard schedule of 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB), with availability for emergency call-outs as specified in Item 8 of the cost breakdown.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our office prior to commencement of such work.
- The client reserves the right to request a replacement Marine Engineer of equivalent or higher qualification with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice.
- All work performed by the Marine Engineer in Indonesia Jakarta shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any disputes shall be resolved through the Jakarta District Court.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement document.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, vessel specifications, and operational information accessed by the Marine Engineer during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate for Marine Engineer services in Indonesia Jakarta has been reviewed, understood, and accepted as the basis for the forthcoming Service Agreement.
