• Supervising local Iraqi technical staff and apprentices in marine engineering practices, ensuring knowledge transfer and capacity building within the Iraq Baghdad workforce.
• Preparing detailed engineering reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation in accordance with Iraqi maritime regulations and international marine engineering standards (ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL).

The Marine Engineer engagement under this Quotation Estimate shall be for an initial contract period of twelve (12) months, commencing from the date of contract execution. • 30% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the formal service contract.
• Monthly progress payments of the remaining balance, invoiced on the 1st of each calendar month for services rendered in the preceding month.
• Final settlement within fifteen (15) business days of contract completion or termination.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
• The Marine Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and security protocols in force in Iraq Baghdad throughout the engagement period.
• The Client shall provide a safe and secure working environment at the Baghdad Port Complex in Iraq Baghdad, in accordance with international occupational health and safety standards.

• All intellectual property, engineering designs, and technical documentation produced by the Marine Engineer during the engagement shall remain the property of the Client upon full payment.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement incorporating all terms herein.
