4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Marine Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.

4.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced in two equal instalments: 50% upon completion of on-site work and 50% upon delivery of the final technical report. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the Italian Naples registered account of Adriatic Marine Engineering S.r.l.

4.3 Cancellation: Should the client cancel the engagement after acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total contract value shall apply if cancellation occurs more than fourteen days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations within fourteen days will incur a 50% fee.

4.4 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting the waters of Italy Naples, port closures ordered by the Capitaneria di Porto, or government-mandated operational suspensions.

4.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Naples, Italy Naples.
