- 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for Marine Engineer services in Japan Kyoto is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions, exchange rates, and regulatory changes.
- 2. Payment Terms: A deposit of forty percent (40%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining sixty percent (60%) shall be payable in two equal installments: fifty percent (50%) upon completion of the on-site Marine Engineer fieldwork in Japan Kyoto, and fifty percent (50%) upon delivery and acceptance of the final comprehensive report.
- 3. Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate is strictly limited to the Marine Engineer services and deliverables enumerated above. Any additional work, emergency repairs, or scope modifications requested by the client during the project lifecycle in Japan Kyoto will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
- 4. Insurance and Liability: MarineTech Solutions International Co., Ltd. maintains full professional indemnity and marine engineering liability insurance. The Marine Engineer and all supporting personnel are covered under this policy for the duration of their engagement in Japan Kyoto.
- 5. Intellectual Property: All reports, data sets, and the five-year maintenance roadmap produced by the Marine Engineer team shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment of this Quotation Estimate.
- 6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from natural disasters, typhoons, government-mandated shutdowns, or other events beyond reasonable control affecting operations in Japan Kyoto.
- 7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Japan Kyoto.
