1. Scope of Work – Marine Engineer Services in Mexico Mexico City

This Quotation Estimate is issued by MarineTech Solutions de México, S.A. de C.V. to provide comprehensive Marine Engineer professional services for the design, review, and technical oversight of marine infrastructure and vessel-related systems located in and around Mexico Mexico City. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of marine engineering consultancy, including preliminary feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, regulatory compliance verification with the Mexican Maritime Authority (Dirección General de Marina Mercante), and on-site technical supervision at the client's facility in Mexico Mexico City.

The Marine Engineer team assigned to this project will consist of a Lead Marine Engineer with over fifteen (15) years of experience in inland waterway and port infrastructure, two (2) Senior Marine Engineers specializing in hydraulic systems and structural marine design, and one (1) Junior Marine Engineer for documentation and quality assurance support. 3. Project Timeline

The estimated duration for the complete Marine Engineer engagement is twelve (12) months from the date of contract execution. The project will be executed in four phases: (Phase 1) Feasibility and Preliminary Design – Months 1 to 3; (Phase 2) Detailed Engineering and Regulatory Approvals – Months 4 to 6; (Phase 3) Construction Supervision and Quality Control – Months 7 to 12; and (Phase 4) Commissioning, As-Built Documentation, and Handover – Month 12. All milestones will be tracked through bi-weekly progress meetings held at the client's offices in Mexico Mexico City.

4. Terms and Conditions
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and availability of the Marine Engineer team.
  2. Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing; 40% upon completion of Phase 2 (Detailed Design approval); 25% upon completion of Phase 3 (Construction Supervision); and 5% upon final handover and acceptance of the commissioning report.
  3. All payments shall be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account of MarineTech Solutions de México, S.A. de C.V., Banco BBVA México, Account No. 0123-4567-89, CLABE: 012180001234567890, located in Mexico Mexico City.
  4. The Marine Engineer services described herein are subject to the Mexican Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo) and applicable regulations of the Dirección General de Marina Mercante. All personnel will comply with local occupational health and safety standards in Mexico Mexico City.
  5. Any changes to the scope of work must be formally requested in writing and approved by both parties through a signed Change Order before additional work commences. Revised costs will be reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
  6. Intellectual property of all design documents, calculations, and reports produced by the Marine Engineer team shall transfer to the client upon full payment of the total amount stated in this document.
  7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.
  8. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Mexico Mexico City region, government-mandated shutdowns, or pandemics, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
  9. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Mexico Mexico City in accordance with the rules of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce (Cámara de Comercio de México).
5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope of Marine Engineer services to be performed in Mexico Mexico City, and that all terms, conditions, and pricing have been reviewed and accepted.
