This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Marine Engineering & Consulting SARL in response to the formal request for professional Marine Engineer services to be deployed and executed at the Port of Casablanca, Morocco Casablanca. The scope encompasses comprehensive marine engineering consultancy, vessel inspection, hull integrity assessment, and propulsion system diagnostics for commercial and industrial vessels operating within the Casablanca maritime jurisdiction. All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed by a certified Marine Engineer holding valid credentials recognized by the Moroccan Ministry of Transport and the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS).

Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Marine Engineer services may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, currency adjustments, or changes in Moroccan regulatory requirements.
All Marine Engineer services shall be executed in strict compliance with the Moroccan Code de la Marine Marchande, the regulations of the Agence de Développement du Port de Casablanca, and applicable international maritime conventions as ratified by the Kingdom of Morocco.
The Marine Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering, a valid Moroccan professional license, and at least fifteen (15) years of documented experience in commercial vessel operations within the Mediterranean and Atlantic maritime zones, including the Morocco Casablanca port area.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of on-site inspection and diagnostic work in Morocco Casablanca, and 20% upon delivery and acceptance of the final technical report.
All work performed by the Marine Engineer at the Port of Casablanca, Morocco Casablanca, shall be subject to the client's site safety protocols, environmental regulations, and port authority operational restrictions. The Marine Engineer shall carry full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 MAD.
Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval from both parties before execution.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by Atlas Marine Engineering & Consulting SARL. The governing law for any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be Moroccan law, with jurisdiction vested in the Commercial Court of Casablanca, Morocco Casablanca.
Confidentiality: All technical data, vessel specifications, and operational information accessed by the Marine Engineer during the course of this engagement in Morocco Casablanca shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the client.
