This Quotation Estimate is issued by Delta Marine Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd. in response to the formal request for technical services submitted by the Yangon Port Authority. The specific scope of work includes the following:

  • Marine Infrastructure Inspection: Quarterly structural assessment of berths, quay walls, fender systems, and navigation aids at the Myanmar Yangon port facilities, including the Thilawa and Sittwe extension zones.
  • Vessel Mechanical Systems Overhaul: Scheduled maintenance and condition monitoring of main propulsion engines, auxiliary generators, ballast water treatment systems, and HVAC units for the client's fleet of cargo and tug vessels.
  • Hydrographic and Environmental Advisory: Annual review of dredging requirements, sedimentation patterns, and coastal erosion mitigation strategies specific to the Myanmar Yangon estuary and Irrawaddy Delta waterways.
  • Regulatory Compliance Auditing: Ensuring all marine operations comply with Myanmar Maritime Law, International Maritime Organization (IMO) regulations, and local environmental protection standards enforced by the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
  • Emergency Response Planning: Development and annual updating of marine spill response plans, fire suppression system testing, and emergency evacuation drills for port personnel and vessel crews.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Marine Engineer personnel are subject to revision without prior notice.

4.2 Payment shall be made in equal quarterly installments (25% per quarter) within fifteen (15) business days of each invoice date. The first installment is due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.

4.3 The Marine Engineer and support staff shall be based at the client's designated office in Myanmar Yangon. The client is responsible for providing a secure workspace, access to port facilities, and any necessary work permits or visas required under Myanmar immigration law.

4.4 All technical reports, inspection findings, and advisory documents produced under this engagement shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Delta Marine Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd. retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with prior written consent.

4.5 In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to typhoons, flooding in the Myanmar Yangon region, or government-imposed operational restrictions, the project timeline shall be extended proportionally without penalty to either party.

4.6 Any changes to the scope of work beyond the items listed in Section 2 must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences. Costs for such changes will be quoted separately.

4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties. The governing law for any disputes arising from this engagement shall be the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, with arbitration to be conducted in Yangon under the Myanmar Arbitration Centre.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the engagement of the Marine Engineer team in Myanmar Yangon.
