This Quotation Estimate is issued by Amsterdam Maritime Engineering Solutions B.V. to provide comprehensive Marine Engineer professional services for the operation, maintenance, and technical oversight of commercial and industrial vessels berthed at the ports of Amsterdam and IJmuiden, located in the Netherlands Amsterdam metropolitan region. The scope encompasses all engineering disciplines relevant to marine propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, electrical installations, HVAC systems, and safety-critical equipment aboard the client's fleet of twelve (12) cargo and service vessels.
The appointed Marine Engineer will be a fully certified professional holding a Class 1 Marine Engineer's Certificate of Competency (MECO) issued under the STCW Convention, with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of practical experience in commercial marine operations. The engineer will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and will report directly to the client's Fleet Operations Manager at the Amsterdam headquarters.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions, exchange rates, and availability of qualified Marine Engineer personnel in the Netherlands Amsterdam area.
- All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of the Marine Engineer's professional fees, insurance coverage (professional liability up to €5,000,000), and statutory social contributions as required by Dutch labour law (WAB & CAO Beroepsgroep Scheepsbouw).
- Payment terms: 50% of the monthly service fee is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. The one-time project fee (Ref 05) is payable in two equal instalments — 50% upon project commencement and 50% upon completion and client sign-off.
- The Marine Engineer shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Dutch Maritime Authority (ILT), the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA), and the International Maritime Organization (IMO) standards relevant to operations in the Netherlands Amsterdam port zone.
- Any additional work outside the defined scope of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and prior client approval. Hourly rates for out-of-scope work shall be €185.00 per hour (excl. VAT) for the Marine Engineer and €95.00 per hour for supporting technicians.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, vessel specifications, and operational records accessed during the engagement in the Netherlands Amsterdam region shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Marine Engineer services in the Netherlands Amsterdam region, and authorizes Amsterdam Maritime Engineering Solutions B.V. to commence work in accordance with the terms outlined herein.
