- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to fluctuating material costs and labor rates in the Philippines Manila market.
- All Marine Engineer services shall be performed in strict accordance with the Philippine Flag Code, MARINA Administrative Orders, and applicable IMO conventions. The assigned Marine Engineer shall carry valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of PHP 5,000,000.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon completion and formal acceptance of the final technical report. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Philippine Marine Engineering Solutions Inc.
- The Marine Engineer shall provide daily progress reports during active work periods and a consolidated final report within five (5) business days of project completion. All reports shall be submitted in both hard copy and digital format.
- Any additional services or scope changes beyond those itemized in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties before work commences. Additional costs will be quoted separately.
- All work performed in the Philippines Manila port area shall comply with local environmental regulations, including proper disposal of hazardous materials, oily waste, and industrial effluents as mandated by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
- Warranty: The Marine Engineer's workmanship is warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of final acceptance. Any defects or non-conformities identified within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, vessel specifications, and operational information disclosed during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a separate Service Agreement shall be executed to govern the full terms of the engagement.
