This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al Noor Marine Technical Services LLC to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Marine Engineer to support ongoing vessel maintenance, operational oversight, and technical advisory services within the maritime infrastructure of Qatar Doha. The Marine Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience in marine propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, HVAC plant operations, and statutory compliance inspections. The Marine Engineer will be deployed to the client's operational facilities located in the Qatar Doha port zone and shall perform the following duties:
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of main engines, generators, and auxiliary systems aboard client-owned vessels berthed in Doha waters.
- Perform statutory and class surveys in compliance with the Qatar Maritime Authority (QMA) regulations and international SOLAS, MARPOL, and ISM Code requirements.
- Provide 24/7 on-call technical support for emergency breakdowns at the Qatar Doha port terminals and offshore support vessels.
- Prepare detailed maintenance logs, condition reports, and repair recommendations for the client's fleet management team based in Doha.

4.1 Payment shall be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR) via bank transfer to the account of Al Noor Marine Technical Services LLC, Doha, Qatar. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears.
4.2 A 30% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate the Marine Engineer recruitment, visa processing, and deployment logistics in Qatar Doha.
4.3 The remaining balance shall be settled within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Qatari commercial law.
4.4 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the Qatar Doha labor market, fuel surcharges, or regulatory fee adjustments.
4.5 Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein, including but not limited to extended offshore deployment or multi-vessel simultaneous support, will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions at the Qatar Doha port facilities. It does not include the cost of major capital repairs, replacement of large components (e.g., main engine overhaul), or third-party specialist services (e.g., NDT, hull survey). The Marine Engineer fees cover labor, technical expertise, and supervision only. All materials and spare parts are to be procured separately by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
